That goes for your team, your division, and your company, too. People don’t have the mental or emotional capacity to allocate towards multiple major initiatives. Aiming for 2-4 big audacious goals usually means you’ll get zero of them in the end.
Have the confidence to complete one big thing at a time and only then move onto the next one. Meaningful work happens in series, not in parallel.
